Making it work
There are some important statistical principles that underpin a 360 programme. However, this is not the place to discuss them. We will, of course, take you through a detailed explanation of our rating scales and interpretative methods before starting any assessment programme with you. At this point, let us simply tell you that, as clinical psychologists, we take our professional practice very seriously. We submit our work to independent review to ensure that the 360 tool is sufficiently robust and that our interpretative skills are of the top order.
We also make sure that the conditions are right for you to implement 360. This kind of process has an emotional impact on people. Communication, follow up and support are essential.
