Who are ORMultiView?
ORMultiView is an expert provider of bespoke business developmental tools, specialising in multi-rater feedback, data analysis, and the creation of cutting-edge online learning platforms.
Established over twenty years ago, we have partnered with some of the world's largest and most prominent organisations in a range of sectors, delivering unique and powerful results, prompting positive cultural change.
One of the earliest examples of multi-rater feedback can be traced back to the 1950s by Esso Research and Engineering Company, however it was a paper based system which was frustrating to users and led to an erosion of commitment to the process by recipients.
ORMultiView came into the market in the mid-1990s just as the internet was creating the possibility to use online questionnaires – and we were amongst the first to do so. Indeed in the early days of our history we also had to provide organisations with paper versions of everything due to people’s lack of experience with IT.
It seems hard to believe now, however it was literally true in the early days of ORMultiView that managers used to get their PA’s to print off all the questions, respond to them in writing and expect their assistant to re-type their answers back into the online system. We have come a long way since then!
Today, studies suggest that over 90% of UK companies use some type of multi-source feedback, for a variety of purposes, from development, to evaluation, indeed also for job selection.
